Packaging refresh and a proposed rebranding for an açaí brand.
Sambazon wanted to refresh their packaging look and feel. During this exploration, we recommended an update to their logo as well. The original has an unusual silhouette, which can be awkward to place.
In the updated option, the icon breaks free of the heavy frame and becomes the focal point of a circular mark. Condensed typography feels more proportionate, and both pieces can be used separately. Gestural brush strokes bring organic definition to the feathers, and ties in with the paint textures in the packaging concepts.
The original pack was very busy. An updated layout elevates the brand into a more sophisticated space and helps customers differentiate between flavors.
